Often referred to as Afro-Cuban jazz, Latin Jazz is a hugely popular genre Worldwide, taking elements of traditional jazz and adding Latin percussion to create a very danceable sound. As well as covering salsa, meringue and mambo, the genre also includes Brazilian jazz like bossa nova and samba.
