Biography
Born in Derbyshire, England during the spring of 1973, Sam was born in to a
musical environment. His father sung him to sleep as a child and his mother''s
musical tastes helped him develope a love of music. Starting with poetry and
progressing to song-writing, Sam has been writing from the age of 7. He has
formed several bands and is currently working with the Dublin band, ''Paper
Tiger''. Sam''s musical style is a blend of pop, rock, funk, country and folk music.
He enjoys writing in a number of lyrical styles and is a strong believer in the
magic of words. During the last year Sam has been recording some of his best
songs for the album, ''Mercury Night'' I wanted to perform on
all the instruments myself and be in control of the production'' says Sam.When I write a song I can hear the music in my head and I wanted to get as close to this as possible. Sometimes it''s best to work on your own because others can''t hear the music you are trying to recreate. Sam is promoting this album and
working to bring fefe to as wide an audience as possible.
