Robert Post's debut single Got None was the track that got him noticed in more ways than one. Got None is such an irresistible song that it grabbed the attention of an English A&R man on a trip to Norway and lit up the airwaves this summer becoming an A-List record at Radio 2 and achieving a top twenty airplay chart placing. In August Robert Post released his debut album, recorded with the legendary Mike Hedges on production duties and the Sunday Times Culture proclaimed, 'The whole of Post's eponymous debut album glories in tunes many songwriters would kill for.'Throughout the summer Robert continued to spread his message through a series of live dates at festivals, a support slot with Aimee Mann and a residency at London?s Enterprise. ?There?s One Thing? has already been added to the Radio 2 B-List and the accompanying karaoke inspired video has been added to MTV Hits, TMF, The Box (1st Play Friday), Chart Show, The Amp and E4 Freshly Squeezed.
