Biography
Punktastic.com was started in 2001 with four people and now has 10 people that work daily on it. Punktastic has around 6,000 unique visitors a day and is a trusted site by many of the insiders that like to leak exclusive news of secret shows and special events here first. The first idea for the compilation came in 2001 but the Punktastic guys didn't actually start putting the wheels in motion until this year and it's taken about six months to compile. They received around 250 songs from bands asking to be on the compilation. Most of the songs were specifically recorded for this compilation and will never be found anywhere else.
