Biography
Michael Gray has been producing music since the early 90s. He is one half of legendary remix and production team Full Intention, whose remix credits include George Michael, Jennifer Lopez, Sugababes, and Christina Milian. Michael is also the producer behind hot new act Portobella, who recently signed their debut album to Island Records. It is now doubt then that this is destined to be one of the biggest credible crossover tracks of the year. The Weekend, the first release that Michael has put his own name to, had it's first airing way back in May on Pete Tong's Essential Selection on Radio 1. Limited vinyl promos have been circulating the globe leading to worldwide radio & club plays and the creation of this year's most sought after track, with shops and DJs doing everything in their power to find these white labels. Having been used already as a soundbed for Radio 1's Creamfields commercials, the CBBC Saturday morning Mysti Show and BBC1's Football Focus, the track is also receiving specialist and regional support from DJs including Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Dave Pearce, The Dreem Team, Howard Ritchie (GWR network), Huggy Burger Queen (Beat 106), Tall Paul, Steve Smart and DJ EZ.
