Kalimoto specialise in very British sounding indie anthems with splatterings of guitar pyrotechnics reminiscent of The Verve''s Nick McCabe. Rushing background vocals, galloping drums and two six strings combine to shape a surging, effective resonance. They seem to have accurately captured a very live sound - whilst still allowing for the delicacy inherent in their songs to shine through.
