Toots releases a reworking of the song that set him on the glory road to a life of reggae with Shaggy guesting with him on vocals. The voice has lost none of it?s rich timbre nor has he lost any of the irrepressible happiness that threads it?s way through everything Toots does. Joyous.

Biography
Nearly forty years ago in 1966, Toots & The Maytals (at the time simply called The Maytals), recorded their first hit, won the Jamaican Song Festival and went straight to no.1 in their homeland with the slice of Jamaican sunshine that is Bam Bam. Further classics such as Pressure Drop, 54-56 That?s My Number and Funky Kingston were all to follow but Bam Bam was where it all began.
