Biography
With a back catalogue of over 100 songs, members of this band have been writing and fighting together since their schooldays. Regulars on the London live scene, Dark Horse captures an energy that fans have been hungry to see committed to disc. Does pop music need to be about something? Above all, it needs to be about a damn good listen. But if there's a creed among the car crash of influences, musical and otherwise, that makes up hoogibeast, it's the search for something mystical among the banality of mixed-up modern life. After all, an electronic epiphany through a pair of headphones on a train platform is the closest you might get to Wordsworth's moment among the daffodils. Make sure you don't miss it.
