Biography
The DuBay Band are a recording and performing original and dance cover band.
This five member band consists of vocalist / Keyboardist / Guitarist Claude Dube, brother Dany Dube? on bass, drummer / percussionist Kevin Camilleri, and guitarists Dennis Decker and Nicholas Holden. The DuBay Band has been aired on Canadian and European radio stations and have appeared on network and Cablenet Television across Canada.
The DuBay Band have been together for over 10 years, all original members. The Band's versatility has carried them through various corporate performances, dances, weddings, concerts, television and radio play, festivals, nightclubs, street dances, bilingual performances, legions, trust fund and benefit concerts and 'Rock And Roll Review' shows.
The DuBay Band has been regarded as one of the areas best party and entertainment cover bands. With their energetic live show and diverse selection of songs , The DuBay Band has provided music that speaks professionalism and enjoyment.
Their new CD, ''Take note'', was recorded at Symphony Place Recording Studio in Ancaster Ontario. The CD takes you through a new country/pop rock romp. The DuBay Band has also recorded past CD''s entitled ''Bonjour'' and ''Emoceans''. The DuBay Band is currently in partnership with Limozine Records, Canada, and are currently working on CD #4.
DuBay''s original music can be best described as pop rock country - with likeness compared to ''Blue Rodeo'': well crafted guitar - keyboard - solid rhythm rock base topped with rich vocal blends resulting in cross-over appeal. Lyrical content speaks of love, life and the quest for answers.
