Dense yet melodic artrock, from a Brighton based combo steeped in the traditions of noise of both the UK and US variety. Delicate yet forceful and atonal, there is a strong feel of ''Daydream Nation'' era Sonic Youth in the guitar mangling, with a more British, Six by Seven or Idlewild tunefulness pokes it''s head in often.

Biography
Visit the web site: WWW.BIRDHOUSEUK.COM
With a nod to inspiration from both sides of the Atlantic, Birdhouse successfully combine their talents for writing blinding melodies with their experimental side. Having already raised the eyebrows of the likes of John Peel and Mary-Anne Hobbs with their first self-financed release last year, Birdhouse were also invited to play at V2000 by peoplesound.com due to overwhelming interest on their homepage. Having already achieved success on peoplesound with their latest EP 'Look, it's Satan', several other tracks have appeared on various compilations, and new material is set to be recorded in August...
'...the band leave us with the feeling that we've definitely been somewhere. Quality.'
