Here's a band with some nice philosophies (read below and help spread their word) and some great tunes to back them up. 'Moonstruck' immediately takes hold with its seductive trip hop/dubby feel and fragile Bjork/Lamb style vocal. It's a moody piece that also manages to give off warmth thanks to swathes of keyboard effects and scintillating production. 'Jah Works', although minus the vocal, is just as captivating and mines a radiant, ambient soundscape. (DickB)

BABYLON INTERCEPTOR
MISSION:TO INTERCEPT BABYLON
Babylon (noun); Oppressive Western society; in particular large multinational companies who relentlessly pursue profit and globalisation - putting them before people (community) and the planet which sustains them.
MISSION STATEMENT > INTERCEPT BABYLON AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY
LIFT FELLOW BEINGS, HUMAN OR OTHERWISE, TO A HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS, CONNECTING TO THE ONENESS 0V IT ALL
> UNITE ALL JAH CHILDREN THRU MUSIC
Babylon Interceptor receives instruction from Jah Light Beings in the Dub It Up galaxy of Eternal Jah. These beings fear that our beautiful blue-green planet - a jewel in the universe, is in great peril. If the forces of Babylon persist in their destruction of the many wonderful creations and lifeforms of Earth, our delicate ecosystem, nay the whole web of life will collaspe causing a great deal of suffering.
To avert this possible future, we must unite and oppose acts which maim our beautiful environment. We must devise ways of living in harmony with our environment; harness the natural energies of Earth (Organic Food), Air (Wind Turbines), Fire (Solar Power) and Water (Wave Power).
