Biography
Alchemy is a story of a meeting between two people : Laurent Cas and Guy Flores. A story of living and feeling, somewhere in a strange world full of unknown things. For us everything vibrates, and this vibration that moves through the universe affects our music. Each person plays of his own life as an instrument in the universe, but not as an isolated individual, each person also hears the echoes of others.
Music is the song of Universe. And this music depends on us to add to it and experience it.
Alchemy plays music for the third millennium, the song of the universe. This album is our tribute to that symphony.
<< Radhe govinda >> is a Hindi mantra. One of the oldest and surely one of the most beautiful. This mantra means: << I am happy of living. I am a part of the Universe, and I am proud of it. I am a child of the Universe, a child of God, and I am singing to Him my pleasure of living with Him. >> This is our way of singing our lives to God.
<< Dervish trance >> is an Arab song. Dervish are Muslims priests whom sing while dancing and turning round. They give in this way their bodies the same rhythm as the one of the Universe until being fully attuned to it. They dance until they reach a trance state, and from there each movements they spiritually purify Earth. Wonderful to see and to listen, everybody can dive into it and take pleasure in life, together with others.
<< Gu?rir >> is an Australian song inspired by the desert and the song from the heart. An Australian shaman plays the Didgeridoo you can hear. He plays to cure human diseases and to give back a pure heart to humanity.
